I don't care what the detractors say about Marty, to me he's a godsend for this team. We can worry about systems and structure in the future, but the job he's done with developing these players and the compete level this team shows game in and game out is highly commendable.

He is his coaching game just has to evolve with our talent level. We have a number of players who can play his concepts.
He is patient as hell with the ones who can't that is for sure.
