Seriously a win is much needed and the Caps have been struggling. Have to stay out of the box-their pp (30.8) is even more potent than the Jackets'(27.3 .) but we have the advantage 5 on 5.

This is a game the Jackets can and need to win (been saying that a lot lately) but the Caps aren't a strong team. Stay out of the box and shut down Ovi and we'll be good.
