The Preds have 36 missed or blocked shot attempts. The words "high" or "wide" are rather common when a Pred puts one towards the goal today.

Josi as a normal PMD getting the assist on the Jeannot goal. It wasn't one of those plays where he goes rover an has both teams scrambling around the zone that all too often ends up in a rush back towards our net. Little things. He doesn't have to try to do it all ... neither does Duchene or Forsberg. Now to get those forwards to get back in their box.

Sadly it won't happen. 11 points off the lead even though he leads rookies in goals and the NHL in fighting majors. If he somehow gets to 30, then maybe but he's only on pace for just over 27.
