Don't really have any good ideas so here are some weird stats/observations

Goligoski has more goals than OEL with 55 fewer shots taken.
Domi has fewer goals than Nick f***ing Cousins
Kevin f***ing Connauton is leading all NHL D-men in goals since February 1st.
OEL hasn't scored a goal since January 18th.
Christian Fischer hasn't scored a goal since January 20th.
Anthony Duclair is still 11th in scoring for the Coyotes.
The Coyotes points% with Rinaldo in the lineup is higher than their overall number (.409 vs .381)

Team has been playing like a play-off team in 2018. While the harvest was 23 points in 41 games last year, we now have 48 points in 63 games, meaning 25 points in 22 games this year. Thats 93 points + over a season. Ok, it took 94 points to make the play-off from the west in 2017, but with more points on the Yotes it's not unlikely one of those 94-points team would have been 92 or something, so it should have cracked it.

We just agreed it was nothing wrong with the team anymore, and OEL is a vital part of the team, so nothing wrong with OEL either

Not a joke, this numbers are legit. Check them out. If the Yotes had had the points per game in 2017 as now in 2018, we would have been on the play-off bubble. Team is no joke anymore.

22 games is not a small sample-size. To say 12 points in the last 8 games, that's more of a relatively short run. Still, something has been fixed.

OEL is an important piece, and where the Yotes go, so does he.

20 games is still a small sample size, but it is encouraging. If we can manage to be just a hair over .500 the rest of the way, we'll match last year's point total even after starting 2-15-3 in our first 20. That's pretty remarkable, really.

Agreed. They look better in all aspects. Stats and eye test go hand in hand. They are a better team.

Big thing is coming out of the gate next season playing like this.
