Do we even know if we can play with a full roster? The game is 12 hours away lol

I wonder if there is a W-L record (say last 10 years) for all teams playing "matinee" games.
(Fully realizing that it's 10am for west coast fans, but it's 1pm for the players)
All I do know is we kind of suck.
Also, seems to me that Boston is traditionally very good at 1pm starts. I think.
That said, I think this will be a shootout type game.
5-4 Rangers (my gut is gurgling, so I'm not sure if it's lying to me)
Oh and btw, WHY in the HELL do we have 4 freakin' days off?
Effin' schedule makers.

This game is giving me similar vibes to that final CAR meeting we had last year - I thought we'd get our asses kicked and Georgy shut 'um out.

Kane and Bread connection come to life today plz.

Had a dream they won the cup last night 3-2 was the final vs Nashville, who aren't even making the playoffs this year.

Anyways, afternoon, National game with depleted roster versus the best team in the league doesn’t bode well. As others said just stay healthy and get through the game.

Marchand is listed as probable. Just saying. He's a little banged up anyway. Hall and Foligno are out.

Unless Lindgren can play it's 11 F's and 5D for us. Igor I would think in net. It's not unwinable but our forwards are going to have to help out our 5D more than they did against Ottawa. Those D are going to have to be smarter as far as not chasing pucks deep in the offensive zone or at least not very often. They should conserve as much energy as they can. Pastrnak likes to get behind defenses....so some awareness by everybody when he's on the ice would be nice.

....and don't give Boston too many power plays.

We suck big time in 1pm Saturday games. That, the fact that the Bruins are in God mode this year and the short roster are a perfect storm. If we don't get absolutely f***ing steamrolled today I will be surprised.

LGR! Hoping for a strong performance and two points. However I wouldn't read too much into the result today, will be a hard game. Things will only get better once Miller and Lindgren are back and Kane has had more time with the team.

Didn't realize we still have to play shorthanded. This is one of those games to look at the big picture. Even if we get smoked, just regroup ourselves, get right, and healthy for the playoffs.

Goooooooood Morning HFNYR!!!!

Updated lines to both teams, some notes…

*We are down to 5D again, unless Lindgren pulls a Daniel Larusso.
*Down to 11F again due to Motte injury, Rangers cannot make a call up till Montreal game apparently.
*Game is on ABC, and also available on ESPN+
*Shesty gets the start, unless Gallant is feeling sassy

Let’s Go Rangers!

The team is exhausted and befallen with injuries. I’m not expecting much. Only hope is Igor stealing it.

Frustrating to say the least. If Miller didn’t spit on Doughty I wouldn’t be so concerned about running 11 F, but playing a F and a D short is just bananalands
