Ok folks, I gotta say it.... Lehner is playing out of his mind right now. He is playing like a Vezina finalist and if he keeps it up will have a career year. He lost a bunch of weight in the offseason and looks almost athletic this year. The thing I like most about him is he plays smart and within his skillset. He doesn't gamble. And he looks absolutely locked in right now. He is saving our bacon while half our team is injured.

The kids were all buzzing around the ice last night. No points to show for it, but they truly worked hard.

If this team had a coach that could teach passing, they'd be much, much better.

This is true, but I was at the game, and, while we almost have an expansion team roster up front right now, they were skating hard last night. That said, I really do not like Koleslaw's game. He is slow, rarely uses his size and is always a step or two behind the play. He really needs some time in Henderson to get his game up to speed, so to speak.

You're probably correct but doesn't take away from my point he's not at this point anything other than a 4th line plugger, and I thought they hoped his upside is much higher.

? If there's one positive thing you can say about Kolesar's game it's that he's got decent speed for his size.
