I just realized, looking over some of these other predictions, that when we try to guess who will score the first goal, we're not limited to just our own team. Duh! (And yes, I do dress myself every morning.)

Given this new epiphany, I'm going to fearlessly (and cluelessly) predict:

Jets to win, 5-4, with Kucherov scoring the first goal.
