No, I know it wouldn't be on ESPN+, but I think there are other restrictions in place. When I tried to tune into the Devils/Caps game on MAX a couple of weeks ago, I got a blackout message. Didn't understand why.

Not sure about the blackout rules but last week I was watching a game on ESPN+ and then switched over nd watched the same game on HBO/MAX and the picture quality on MAX was considerably better.

If you live in a state with the letter 'e' in it, you'll need to use an illegal stream.
