I would guess that the goalie needs to end the forward momentum of the puck to end the attempt.

So since that wasn't a shot attempt by Zucc and the puck kept moving forward he should be allowed to touch it.

They would never, ever dare put Zucc below the 2nd line. It's probably in the friendly agreement he made with Billy.
You should worry about Kaprizov, not Zuccarello.

And they won't replace the point leader with a 4th liner...

Good Gus game
Boldy goal
Rossi goal
Faber on the top PP

Don't really care about this extra point.

The 32nd team last year had 12. The 29th team last year had 16.
Chicago is going to get Bedard and Celebrini and we are going to get Stramel and another James Sheppard at 15OA in 24.

Hawks will win 2-3 more cups and we will not make it out of the 1st rd of the playoffs for the coming decade.

MN Wild fans will be all Ope , nice season hawks and best of luck next year wilds.

Zucc did do a couple good things (set up Rossi in the slot, drew a penalty) but that sequence on the power play, and pretty much his overall play in that phase tonight, was pretty terrible.

Maybe they will, but a hell of a lot of other stuff has to go right in order for that to happen.

The puck ended up behind Zucc because it was deflected by a defender, nothing he could do about that. He's a pp specialist and that's why he plays a lot of minutes there.

Absolutely no tell on that Boldy shot. Remember when Kap used to be like that?

BTW, Freddy moves were great, as usual. Deserved to score, but goalie made a great play.

I’m talking about in our own zone. Extremely soft plays on the puck, twice.

He’s a leader and a mentor. I hold him to a high standard.

It's more than twice. Almost any time he tries to engage it's soft. It just led to blatant scoring chances/goals against twice tonight.

And more, when he's on the ice, it's very clear he's scanning for a way to get Kaprizov the puck first, 89% of the time. If he either shoots it or passes to someone else, it's the second or third option he considered.

Kap had a massive part of the net open. He beat the goalie even more than Boldy did. Boldy froze the goalie. Kap got the goalie to dip his shoulder. Kap just missed, like he has many other times this season, when previously he was automatic.
