Not an actual signing and not worth a thread, but an interesting piece to note, On TSN, Scottie Upshall said he's hoping to return next year.
Had knee surgery this year, and says he's feeling a lot better, going to start skating again soon, and simply sees this year as a year off, not done yet.

Thing is, Borgman didn't look bad at all last year, and Gauthier will only be expected to continue his role on the 4th line, if he's not replaced by Petan who'll also likely be sub-800k.

Leafs have a ton of depth that they're signing cheap right now. I expect them to lose Gardiner and Brown, but that's about it. Gardiner's already been replaced with Muzzin.

Borgman has looked good every chance I've seen him. He'd probably be starting in the NHL tonight if not for injury.
