Was my favorite Islander for a long time. Absolutely loved him as a player. Was sometimes a whipping boy for the Isles as he was forced to play higher in the lineup on some beyond shitty teams, but showed up every night and did his job. Hope you enjoy retirement Franzie and keep hitting that top shelf (now liquor, haha)!

Winning against Canada isn't too shabby to have as one of one's last games. Is it possible that he might keep himself in shape to be an emergency player for Denmark or would he not be good enough without match practice? Some of the tiny nations (far tinier than Denmark) seem to have retired players playing for them.
