I know you're not supposed to speak ill of the dead, but for all the good he did by creating the Weather Channel, he was still a major voice in the climate change denial circuit, spreading misinformation and anti-science rhetoric. He deserves to be given the basic respect as a human being, but as a scientific voice, he deserves none.
