Well these are the best available players in the best available line combos.

The Flames have been playing a little better of late but have really, really struggled to generate some prime offensive chances, let's hope they can change that tonight.

I was so excited to see Gio and Brodie back together... until I saw that Monahan is still getting undeserved 1st line minutes with Gaudreau.

Sad.

I personally thought Wideman was quiet but not a tire fire by any means over the last few games. I just think Calgary needed the right shot to come out.

I'd honestly rather have the Widedog in over Engelland. But who knows.

I think it's just a matter of Wideman being the guy who doesn't bring any needed element right now. I think the one thing he does provide is running a PP, but with the PP scuffling again right now even with him in it, there's no problem taking him out, really.

Doesn't matter! Brodano is more important than splitting up Johnahan, I think. Half of what we want is better than nothing!
