That's what happens when you have no confidence.

His biggest issue is that's thinking too much about what he needs to do instead of just playing and letting instincts take over. And as a result, he's slow, behind the play and failing both offensively and defensively.

This season's a write off. They just had over a week to try and reset but it's worse than ever if anything. Nothing's gonna magically change in the remaining 30 games now. And nothing will change next year either unless they alter course.
