Fine players for improperly wearing their equipment when their helmet straps aren't on tight

The players wear them like this:

Which just makes them fall off the moment they're hit. They have zero protective value like this, and they might as well be wearing none.

Fine 50k every match and every instance one's worn improperly, and maybe the helmets will actually stay on sometimes.

Players choice and they have to leave the ice the second their helmet gets knocked off. Don’t they get a penalty if they try to play without one? Makes it pointless to punish them for it. If you have to abandon a play in a big moment where your helmet fell off because you didn’t keep your strap tight facing your teammates is penalty enough.

Long answer: Players need to get their helmet or head to the bench, if you want to put your team in an odd man situation. That’s on you
