ESPN+ Blacked out vs Winnipeg in DC with no national coverage?

I thought NHL Center Ice was gone and ESPN+ replaced it? The game tonight is not a national broadcast and I'm not in the NYC region yet ESPN+ is blacked out and my TV says I can watch it on Center Ice....wtf? Am I missing something?

Weird, tried on my phone, PC, and TV all say it's blacked out. My subscription is active until September. Oh well maybe it's a one time error because every other thing I try to watch works fine, but the Islanders game currently on is also blacked out...

It's where I am, this is the first time it's been an issue all year. Specifically saying blacked out. Pretty sure it goes by IP anyway.

Working for me in MD. I've had that issue before, on the ESPN+ app on my phone. I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, logged back in and it worked.

If it's on your TV, I have no tips for that.

What kind of TV is it? I feel like my dad had this problem on his Samsung at one point.
