Great work by D’Amico on this. Not sure the Habs will do it but why not see where the prospects are at?

Then Richard will need to clear waivers. He has no NHL future so why not see where the players that do are in their development? You call up Richard, and Laval calls up a player or two from Trois-Rivières. No need to go get someone who's in the CHL.

Bedard.
Roy and Kidney yes.Are all four of these players eligible to play AHL next season? Do they have to BE 20 years or turn 20 during the season?
Mesar (January 3) 19 years old
Roy (August 6) 19 years old
Beck (February 3) 18 years (turning 19 in two weeks)
Kidney (March 25) 19
Should be an interesting Laval team next seasonRoy and Kidney yes.
Beck no.
Mesar yes because he wasn’t playing CHL prior to being drafted in the pros.
Potentially, we thought the same this year but a lot of our young D men ended up on the Habs roster.Should be an interesting Laval team next season
Because you're going to handicap their respective OHL teams by calling them up. It doesn't make sense, especially when you have professional players at your disposal in our farm clubs. It sets a bad precedent and is not necessary. Call up anyone else on our AHL team, it doesn't matter. Then Richard will need to clear waivers. I'm honestly surprised Mesar wasn't traded. They wont do that and no one is ready, but I would callup Mesar just to stay away from that shit show Kitchener is.
Kitchener decided they were going for it and traded for players instead of trading players away.I'm honestly surprised Mesar wasn't traded.
