Bruins have failed to win a first round series since Rask retired

From the game on Marchand's stick in the final seconds of regulation in game 5 to win the series to this. All time choke job. 30 million d core that were punked and outplayed by a vastly inferior d core on paper from game 1 to 7. This is going to hurt for a while but not that unpredictable, haven't played a complete period since game 4 and that overtime looked like a team with no juice.

how many times have they been the heavy favorites and lost? Atleast Toronto were usually the underdogs and were expected to lose. Truth hurts but I've seen enough with this franchise and know they are by far the biggest chokers in league history.

Find your core to go forward with for the next 5+ years and move anyone that isn’t in that picture. Including Marchand.

End of an era. No chance Bergeron or Krejci come back. This was the year. Looked like Bergeron was crying hugging Marchand at the end.

So disappointed in Charlie McAvoy tonight. Worst player on the ice in too many of these big games.

Game 7's. Anything can happen and the better team doesn't always win them. 59 seconds or one play away from moving on. Should never have come to this but there it is. Totally sucks.

We went from the "greatest season in NHL history" to "tear it down and fire them all". In a heartbeat.

Thus ends an era.
It'll be a miracle if we can be competitive over the next 5-10 years.

TEAM breakdowns up and down the lineup. You CANT chase for 60 minutes EVERY game and expect to beat a team that sadly was puck HUNGRY for 60 mins.

Defense looked so stiff and nervous, trouble completing routine passes. Can’t watch that and be surprised at the outcome.
