Win or lose Game 5 will be Jack's last home game on NESN as ABC has EXCLUSIVE rights to a Game 7 on Saturday night.
3 points? It's remarkable that Matthews leads the Leafs in both goals and assists (and that he's not even going to play tonight)
This is more remarkable:It's remarkable that Matthews leads the Leafs in both goals and assists (and that he's not even going to play tonight)
Yea 5 on 5 the series has been really close.
They are dead men walking. Is this a win or go home for Shanny and Keefe?
lets hope the b's dont choke up , they need to crush them tonightThey are dead men walking.
Yea 5 on 5 the series has been really close.
Game 1 was 2-1 Bruins 5 on 5 before the empty net.
Game 2 was 2-1 Leafs 5 on 5.
Game 3 was 2-2 5 on 5 before the empty net.
Game 4 was 2-1 Bruins 5 on 5.
So in 4 games it's 7-6 Bruins at 5 on 5.
But the Leafs have taken several dumb penalties and then have just completely failed to kill them off and haven't taken any advantage of the penalties they've drawn.
Basically the hope is that they catch a couple bounces and the refs absolutely swallow the whistles.Exactly correct and as a Leafs fan, I can't see it magically changing somehow for 3 straight games. They're cooked.
and do whtat????With Papi out, Reavo is going to step up big time
did not the figs get a pile of PP time already? so they had there chancesBasically the hope is that they catch a couple bounces and the refs absolutely swallow the whistles.
I'm not about to hold my breath.
Save Keefe and Shanny by stepping up in a big wayand do whtat????
Right, they haven't converted it. The hope is that the refs swallow the whistles since the Leafs have been much closer at 5 on 5 than they have been if the game has 3-4 PPs each since that has roughly equated to 2 goals for the Bruins and 0 for the Leafs.and do whtat????
did not the figs get a pile of PP time already? so they had there chances
