ECHL office move from Princeton to Shrewsbury, NJ in 2018?

I remember seeing an article that the ECHL office was leaving Princeton way back when.

Did the ECHL ever make an official announcement?

I see ECHL articles from 2017 with Princeton and 2018 articles with Shrewsbury.

ECHL History has the office relocating from Charlotte to Princeton in 1995-96, but doesn't mention the Princeton to Shrewsbury relocation.
