He has built a current roster suited for about 10 years ago (Hayes, Beleskey, Backes McQuaid, K Miller), needs to evolve to the current NHL.
He was interviewed during the Harvard/Huskies game. Mostly talked about the prospects, but his insights are a little scary when talking about the Bruins. First said how they played so many games and the break will do them good. Trades are hard because so many teams are still in it and it should change closer to deadline. He thought last game was a good comeback by the team. He does certainly sound like he is looking to buy.

Sweeney should stick to what he does best, scouting NCAA players, and give up pretending to be an NHL GM.
