Voted top 3, the Avs as a group and Boston come to mind as other groups that are pretty good too.

No. If I was starting a team I would take Colorado's blueline every day of the week over theirs and twice on Sundays.

7 top 4 D and 3 of those are top pair level. That D won a cup last year and all they did was add Hanifin, easily best in the league.

They don't have an elite D-man, in my opinion. But the depth of the group is super impressive. Maybe best third pair. And that legit might help them win the cup.

I appreciate this as a Dallas fan, but we have a major drop off after our top 4. Suter, Hakanpaa, Lundkvist are dire. Guys like MacKinnon can eat their lunch

You have Rangers fans still upset that we traded Lundkvist for a *checks notes* first round pick.

Why are people adding Dallas to the conversation. That d-core without Heiskanen might be the worst in the NHL and the reason we will see him play 30 mins a game again in the playoffs

Tanev & Harley are good and Lindell has his moments as well. Suter was solid last playoffs. He can get away with more when refs let players play and knows how to do it. Rest of them are just fine for depth D.

Bruins have McAvoy, Lindholm and Carlo. After that it's pretty thin.

Should better this offseason when Hanifin signs
92.6% sure that if you take the top three dmen off any team it gets thin.
Bruins are one of few teams that could still ice 6 NHL quality guys if that happened.
