I would like to know what leverage Bratt lost based in his
first ever playoffs?
(I am not counting the cup of coffee in 2018)
@Saugus mentioned that he is now back at square one because of his playoff performance.
Sorry, Saugus. I respect you and all but for my part I don't think that's how it works.
Last season, Bratt was told basically by Fitz to "prove it" in terms of replicating the season he had last season for this season by scoring 70+ points.
(and last I checked, there were no playoffs the previous season so it was a "prove it" thing depending on his REGULAR SEASON numbers)
And he
did prove it.
In fact, he not only proved it....he scored 30 GOALS for the first time in his career!
How he did in the playoffs should not have any considerable bearing on contract negotiations imo.
