One is a self proclaimed all star and one is made of glass..Gaborik I think if I had to pick one.

Everyone is going to point to Heatley's first two years in Ottawa where he was very very good, but I actually think his best season was 02-03 where he outscored his next closest teammate by 20 points and was the only guy on that team to play significant minutes and not be a "-" double digits. Heatley was that Thrashers team.

Either way I think Heatley had higher highs.

Peak Gaborik with his skating was something that he could've been the next Bure, sadly only 1 full season on his belt. but since the question was peak, i went Gaborik.
