I've always asked myself how negociations for these kind of deals were starting lol.

"Hey bud, interest in a garbage for garbage type of deal?"

It's strictly for the AHL. It's still good to have an AHL that can compete, especially if you have players that are developing down there. It's best to have a player like Ranford play with them, who can produce in the AHL over some of the other garbage down there.
