Crease rule OR current goaltender interference rule?

Pretty simple question:

Would you rather have the NHL reinstate the crease rule ("offensive players who do not have possession of the puck may not enter") or let players enter the crease but minimize goaltender interference?

Crease rule with the exception that you can enter once the puck is already in there.

At least that's somehow reviewable. Like an offside.

And then goalies can be checked like normal skaters.

I'm good with either.

The change I want is to get the reviews sent to the war room so that the same group is always making the decision instead of one of 500 different referees. That's how you achieve consistency.
