Why now? We should ride Ward and Delia and let Crow heal.
yup - or at least give him another few weeks to see how that duo continues - no rush anymore in getting him back though my faith in Ward overall is completely shaky, he has done his job which is all you can ask. keep Crow away for now..

If Crow is healthy and ready to resume play that he autimatically returns as the No. 1 and plays. They can't tell Crow he can't play, that is up to Crow himself.

How long of a leash do you think he will get? Any chance he is relegated to backup duty if other goalies are outplaying him?

of course they can tell him he can't play...he is still an investment, and he came back last time with zero preseason only to get hurt yet again. it is every bit in the Hawks right to tell Crow he can still sit right now, they don't want to rush him back despite him saying he is fine. I think if he says he is fine, and he has been practicing for a few weeks then slowly bring him back in a week or two...or send him down for a conditioning stint which they should have done the first time.
