Cost of buying an expansion CHL Team

I personally don't know what the cost would be for buying a CHL team, what would it be?

I know there are certain requirements such as an arena, stable market, but just the cost of buying a team in general.

Its less than I would think.

I remember the cost to buy and relocate the Chilliwack Bruins was about $7 million - though Willie Mitchell and a group of investors apparently were willing to pay more to keep them theret but it didn't happen
