Yes i agree, team first guy all the way but the chance of coming "home" to where it all started might be tempting for him also. Where he grew up was in a tiny little village of Potsdam NY, a close knit community. He played at Clarkson University in the same place.

For sure, he needs to do what's best for himself and for his family. I'm just sure that it's something he's going to give a lot of thought and debate to if offered the position.
