Question has anyone ever had another position other than goalie win the Conn Smythe Trophy. In all my years of playing I don't recall another position ever winning the trophy.

It's quite rare, but I have seen skaters win it - basically you need a skater to go better than 1.0 points per game in the final to win it, but it does happen

Other than that maybe once or twice in like 12 years of my saves.

1st line RW won it for me the other day, but my starter did get injured mid-way through the conference finals, so who knows what could have happened.
