Getting back into playing after about a year. Any tips/ workout plans for conditioning? Legs are absolutely dead early on.
Been working in the gym but think I need to start incorporating some running or biking since I am only skating once a week.Stretch every day, and skate as often as you can. After that, it's up to you. I like to do squats, leg lifts, and calf extensions to help with skating, though I confess I've really fallen off it this year.
