Think he'll be an under valued mainstay as a shut down 1st/2nd pairing guy. May be less flashy, but super important role for very good playoff teams.

Add Malone (another non flashy but potentially valuable 3rd/4th liner who should be a good PK player)

Agreed. Barrie as it is isn't a prospect anymore.

Siemens/Elliott could very well be regulars or traded in a package by the start 2014-15.

Doesn't leave much.

I went with Barrie. Might not have the highest potential out of everyone but he's proven so much so far that I think he deserves the no. 2 spot.

Barrie based on current ability but if the others reach projections they could bump Barrie down a few spots. Interesting to think that 4 of the top 6 could be Ds.
