Colin White to be traded?

After hearing about a possible trade of starting goaltender Curtis Joseph, Colin White has expressed his wish to be traded. He has earlier stated that if the Avalanche doesn't make the playoffs in the final two years of his contract he wouldn't re-sign with the team. With the Av's out of the playoff picture this season and a possible trade of starting goaltender Curtis Joseph, White has stated that it is highly unlikely he'd re-sign and would like to move to a playoff team.

It is rumored that GM Isopää has already been in talks with some GM's about the stud defenseman and a deal is close. It seems now that White has little time left in Colorado.

Mr. Isopää commented shortly that he has been in talks with teams, and that any team that is intrested in White should get their offers in asap.
