Mitchell no longer on the roster

The bottom two forward lines spent the whole game going through the line blender. I tried to keep up with the changes, but knew I needed to quit trying when my 2nd period lines had Scott twice and no Thurkauf.

Somerby has not played this season and Bittner has only played once.

Bittner is horrible. sad what are the line change with vigneult in ? I wish they always play with the cbj colors uniform. the other one is kinda ugly.

Well, on the bright side, Matiss Kivlenieks made 20 of 21 stops and kept them in the game. Making the jump from USHL to the AHL isn't easy. It's good to see he's playing well.​

Next they have two games against Ontario, who are 0-5.

Kivlenieks isnt bad for a first season. hope Schroeder doesn't get clamed and stay but they still need another vet anyway.

Schroeder recall was only done to end the conditioning stint, he's back with Cleveland (probably never physically left Cleveland unless he had to pass a physical in Columbus to be taken off the conditioning assignment).

I attended pracrtice today. here is what appears to be the line adjustments post-Hannikainen promotion:

Vigneault replaces Hannikainen on Motte-Camper line
Schroeder replaces Vigneault on Koules-Thurkauf line, Moutrey took his reps replacing members of this line
Hodgson replaces Schroeder on Broadhurst-Pendenza line
Gallant-Scott-Maletta line intact, Bittner took his reps replacing members of this line

Bittner (and possibly Maletta) took a turn in goal without goalie equipment (needless to say, the shots on goal were not full speed). Not sure if that was horsing around or an actual drill.

No players out injured or wearing the red non-contact jersey.
