As a Chelsea fan, my view on UCL winning chances is so warped. Our best teams have failed to win, and our 2 wins have been on either some of our weaker or transitional sides. I know that's not normal compared to typical winners, but my view is simply any club in knockout stage can win, it's all about luck and showing up at the right time.

Chelsea have a much much better chance at the Champions League than the Premier League. Their system that’s reliant on low scoring games suits knockout football much more than league football.
