Is he possibly this year's Claude Giroux?
Not overly big, slipped through the OHL to land in the Q, and is off to a fairly decent start in his draft year.

I've only seen him play a little bit so far this year, but everytime I do, he seems to be making things happen in the offensive zone.

Anyone else more familiar with him?

Saw him play in Halifax last Wednesday. Was paying more attention to the Sea Dogs' defensive kids, but noticed DiDomenico a couple of times. Creative and shifty with the puck, good skater, doesn't seem to mind working along the boards... I look forward to seeing him play a couple more times later in the season, and will give him a longer look.

It's becoming more and more common to see this happening, with Marquardt and Giroux last year, and now DiDomenico and Howes this year (though I believe Howes is hurt right now)
