Just going to add that Xhekaj was a monster in this game. Numbers don't reflect his contribution. When Hamilton went down 2-0, Xhekaj stepped up, got really physical, started making stronger plays with the puck and getting shots through to net. Really showed a lot of leadership, dare I say, yes, I'll say it, prime Weber-esque.

A beastly defensive stalwart tonight. He turned the game around for Hamilton even if it doesn't show on the scoreboard.

I say Hamilton's the favourite if healthy.
I'm giving Edmonton the edge because of cossa. But I also think one of Winnipeg/ Edmonton (whoever advances from whl) or Hamilton are by far the best teams in the CHL. I'm not really feeling any of the Qs teams this year.

Sobolev not in the line-up for Windsor. He was listed as part of the scratches/injuries. Don't know if he's scratched or injured.
