While it was a case of too little, too late for Team Russia, they did manage to notch their first win of the 2015 CHL Canada Russia Series with a 3-2 victory over Team QMJHL on Tuesday night at Iamgold Arena in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec.
The QMJHL fired 33 shots at Russian goaltender Alexander Trushkov, but for the second straight game Trushkov allowed just two goals to the opposition, this time helping his country to the win.… read more
