I propose a new league forms such as the NPHL Northern Professional Hockey League
A salary cap from 25-30 million depending on a cba this would be a 16 team league
most the teams would be able to make 25 to 30 million dollars a year. A 72 game schedule sounds doable.Im personally all for this so if somebody starts this god bless you
Teams would be from mostly north places such as
Canadian Teams
Toronto Maple Leafs
Montreal Canadians
Edmonton Oilers
Ottawa Senators
Calgary Flames
Vancover Canucks
Quebec-NEW TEAM
Winnipeg- NEW TEAM

United States Teams
Minnesota Wild
Buffalo Sabres
Boston Bruins
Ny Islanders
Ny Rangers - have to follow salary cap
Philidephia Flyers
Seattle-New Team
Portland or Augusta MAINE-NEW TEAm
