Kiril = Cyril(St. Cyril and his brother St. Methodius invented the Cyrillic alphabet and coded Old Slavonic) If I had been a boy my I would have been named Cyril!

That would be correct. There is no J in Russian so they created one by placing two letters together, d and zh дж.
