CBA Question on retention of salary

At this years trade deadline how many times can Chicago retain 50% of their players salary in a given trade?

could they retain 50% on each of Kane, Toews, Fleury

And/or

could they hypothetically trade Fleury at 50% to EDM for Koskinen+ a pick/prospect the. Flip Koskinen at 50% to another team? Both goalies are on expiring deals with NTC. But, could they do that?

I think they have two retention spots. They're retaining on Maatta still IIRC.
