Carolina fans - Bear is a heart and soul competitor. He's a moderately big right shot defensemen with very good skating abilities. His edgework and pivoting are excellent, not much top end speed. He's got a good shot, and good defensive stick work. His decision making isn't always there, but in a good coaching environment I think he will excel. Enjoy him. We really liked him.
