I would be surprised if they don't give Sammy the start tonight. I think the back-to-back shutouts should earn him a longer leash than one average performance.

Hadn’t seen those stats. I am right at 6 months and need to get the booster. Maybe do that tomorrow (traveling back from Dallas today). I’ll be watching on ipad from Airport.

Even if Sammy starts today doesn’t preclude him from starting on Sunday. they are not back to back, so i say keep riding Sammy. He has grabbed the 1a role IMHO.

I decided not to go to the Caps Canes game on Sunday because of the COVID threat. I got boosted on Wednesday and wont be fully protected for 2 weeks. Not worth the risk.

I think the cited studies are probably sound enough to warrant caution/boosters. Getting mine on Monday (7mo since 2nd dose moderna).

Thanks for sharing. I got Moderna the first time around. My understanding is it doesn’t matter which booster you get. Will have to see what Walgreens or CVS is dolling out.
