I work for the government and work harder on Fridays than I did when I was in private. Just sayin.

I'll second this, when I was working in the private sector we got every friday afternoon off in the summer and in the winter everyone stopped working at 3 and went to the breakroom for a couple beers.

I work for the government now and if we log off more than 5 or 10 minutes early we get the talk about wasted tax dollars and public perception.
