TB are something like 9-4 since the Caps last saw them in mid-December, and have been chugging along with games every other night so they should be in a groove. They also took 3 out of 4 on a Western road swing. After this game they're back on the road for 3 straight but vs East teams.

Caps have had 4 days off to figure out how to blow another lead.
