Value of: Capital player valuations

I'm wondering about valuations on a number of guys.

If any capitals fans, (or any fans) could provide info about availability, fair market value, real cost to acquire (a player not on the market will cost more, a player actively being sold will cost less), and any other relevant info on the following players that would be excellent.

Malenstyn: 3rd round pick
Fehevary: 1st round pick and something else.
Dowd: 2nd round pick
Carlson: A lot. 1st, 2nd, top prospect?
Jensen: (1st) or (2nd round pick and something else), depending on where in the round they'd be
TVR: 2nd or 3rd round pick
Milano: 2nd or 3rd round pick
WIlson: A lot
NAK: He's probably going UFA, maybe signs for an AAV of $1.5M or less, he will probably prioritize a multi-year deal.
