Cape Brenton takes Sheppard?

From what I hear there's a lot of talk about Cape Brenton getting the 1st and taking James Sheppard. I know it's been said on this board by a few, but from what I hear it's as good as done. Anyone else hear this? I guess we are going to find out very soon either way.

As of 10 days ago they were working on an education package.

Sheppard also said he prefers the Q over the NCAA and he doesnt care which team takes him. (assuming him and CB dont work out an agreement).
