The reason why Kes is good with Sundin/Hank is because he lets them drive the play and he just tries to get into position or support the cycle.

When he is by himself on a line he clearly tries to do everything himself. That's a very complicated way to play hockey even though it seems simple (he hogs it and takes ill-advised shots).

The thing I like most is that they played the same way the whole game. That is a major step for a team that probably only played a handful of complete games in the last two seasons. How many times have we seen them not show up or take periods off before Torts showed up?
