I ve watched this kid play vs 20 year olds and im impressed! For a 17 year old hes gotta be the most dangerous 17 year old in the NC$$! Right now he has 7gs and 3asts but has it the pipe about 10 times. Him and T.J. Oshie gotta be the best freshmen paring in the NCAA. The only others would be Kessel and Wheeler that look as good! All in all the WCHA has some of the best in world and its fun hockey to watch!

He doesn't have to catch Sutter's eye, as long as Mackasey has had a chance to see him and I'm sure he also saw him at the U18's in August. There is probably no way Sutter has seen Toews this year unless it has been on TV.

I meant it more in the sense of being on Sutter's radar. I think if he were to be included, it would be as a grooming him for future years.

I can't see Sutter developing at this point. In a tournament such as this, his mentality is win at all costs.
