Can’t create more players

ive created a lot of players not in game and I just realized I forgot to create Josh Norris and I was about to start a Sharks GM mode, every time I go to the create a player screen it starts glitching out and turns my Xbox off, any way around this or how to fix this?

Happened to me, was a glitch in the created player screen. It duplicated created players, putting them in free agency. I always got an error when I went into the created players tab.

Tried everything to fix it. Messaging EA, PSN. Deleting my game, re-installing. For me nothing worked.

Unfortunately, I had to delete my roster and make a new one.

Don't know if there's a way around it to fix, but hopefully for you there is.
